How to Order

If you are interested in purchasing a print please first send an eMail to info(at)classicalgraphics.de containing

• the reference number (XY_nn) shown below the thumbnail in the catalogue

• the name of the artist and (short) title of the print.

Of course, if any questions arise, feel free to ask. We then check the availability of the print (give further information if required) and inform you about the total cost of the transaction (including packaging, postage and insurance) and give you details in order to complete the transaction (bank account etc.)

If you then wish to purchase the print, you should please send a second eMail confirming your order and include your

• full address and phone number and

• choose a method of payment.

From outside of Germany we can accept

• International money order (in this case the bank charge is at our expense) or,

• Bank transfer.

For first time customers we will usually expect payment in advance unless agreed otherwise.

From Germany (aus Deutschland):

• Zahlung bitte per Banküberweisung ,

• Verrechnungsscheck oder

• Lieferung per Nachnahme.

Prices in catalogue are in Euros (see page on conditions) and payment should be in Euros unless agreed otherwise.

Shipment & Return policy

The purchase will be sent immediately after the full receipt of payment. Prints are shipped usually by registered air mail. Costs for shipping will be about 10 E within Europe and 14 E outside of Europe. Shipment by courier services is possible but will, in general, cause additional cost.

A purchase may be returned for any reason within 10 working days and will be fully refunded as long as it is returned with full postage, correctly packaged and insured and is still in the same condition as when sent.
